Billback makes it easy to capture and reassign the costs associated with client-related faxes. Our fax solution uses the innovative Advantage touch screen terminal with a browser-like user interface.
The fax control terminal is available in different configurations based upon specific client requirements. For instance, a single Terminal can be configured to control up to 2 copiers PLUS up to 2 fax machines (or fax lines). Additionally, the terminal device readily accommodates the newer dual-line fax machines and caters for both G3 and Super G3 fax transmission speeds.
Whether you prefer standalone or MFP for faxing, the Billback system delivers exceptional features and functionality:
- The system captures fax transmissions on up to two single fax machines or one dual-line fax machine or MFP.
- Terminal application software allows for easy handling of memory, speed-dial and broadcast group usage and caters for both G3 and Super G3 fax transmission speeds.
- Account code and user code databases are unlimited in size.
- Multi-lingual functionality is build into the terminals.
- Account recall function displays last "x" of recently used billable account codes. The “x” number of codes displayed is a configuration setting.
- New account codes are available at the fax machine in real-time, and the terminals or embedded technologies validate account codes against the Billback account code database.
- Different bill back rates can be configured for different types of fax machines (i.e. stand alone or MFP). Additionally, different rates can be configured per client, project or matter code to reflect your various client agreements. Importantly, these rates can also be maintained in different currencies for offices spread out over multiple countries.
- Reports on fax activity can be easily generated using the Billback report generator. Billback utilizes Crystal Reports Professional as the underlying report builder.
- User data including network login, name and department are sourced by Billback automatically from pre-existing personnel information and are used to validate the fax user.
