The Billback Terminal has been designed to be intuitive in operation. It is as simple to use as an ATM and, with its touch screen capabilities, infinitely more user friendly than keyboard entry devices. Billback Advantage software can control simultaneous access to two MFPs.  With recently used accounts displayed on-screen, members of the staff are able to assign the correct charge code with a single touch in more than 60% of MFP transactions. For this reason, firms routinely report improved recoveries due to the increase in accuracy of allocations. The account recall function is a system-wide feature with separate lists for each individual. This list is available at any Billback application module anywhere in the firm - nationally or even world-wide.

The Billback Copy and Fax Control Terminal is available in different configurations based upon the specific client requirements.
Both the embedded and terminal technologies benefit from the deep integration with the Billback system:

• New account codes are available at the copy machine in real-time as they are created within your accounting system. This minimizes the need for staff to use admin or non-charge codes due simply to the unavailability of an otherwise valid account code.
• The terminals or embedded technologies validate account codes against the Billback account code database or, optionally, against the local (terminal) account code database.
• Different bill back rates can be configured for different types of copiers (i.e. color or black and white; convenience copiers or print room machines). Additionally, different rates can be configured per client, project or matter code to reflect your various client agreements. Importantly, these rates can also be maintained in different currencies for offices spread out over multiple countries. 
• Reports on copy activity can be easily generated using the Billback report generator. Billback utilizes Crystal Reports Professional as the underlying report builder.
• User data including network login, name and department are sourced by Billback automatically from pre-existing personnel information and are used to validate the copier user.
