Busy professional service firms cannot afford extended downtimes or system disruptions. Billback’s dedicated installation team ensures a smooth, fast and easy installation and roll-out of the system.

The team will conduct a pre-install walk though with you to spot potential problems before they arise. On the install day, we work closely with your IT team and accounting manager to make the necessary connections with your accounting and document management systems as well as configure any electronic imports from third-party providers. And, after the installation, we follow-up periodically to make sure the system is working for you as it should and to conduct ongoing preventative maintenance (much of which can be done remotely via a secured server connection).

Many IT directors at national and international clients report that the system is so easy to install that after working with the Billback team on the first one, they are able to deploy other branches and add on additional terminals with little or no help. If you ever do need help before, during or after an install, the support team is available 24 hours a day, six days a week.
