The most recognizable piece of hardware on the Billback system is our easy-to-use terminal.
Billback’s terminal maximizes the chargeable cost capture from photocopy, scan and
fax activity with an intuitive user interface that simplifies the task of charge code assignment to automate the cost recovery process. It features a large color LCD with touch screen capabilities, on-screen numeric keypad entry, graphical interface, screen tilt adjustment, wall or bench mounted flexibility, and a full size QWERTY keyboard.
The configuration of the Billback terminal is changeable based upon specific client requirements. A single terminal can be configured to simultaneously control two fully featured MFPs or two copiers and two fax machines (including dual-line faxes and G3/Super G3 fax transmission speeds). It also easy integrates with scan management solutions from eCopy, EFI and Omtool, allowing seamless capture and chargeback of scan activity.
This flexibility and multi-user functionality saves implementation costs and space by allowing operators to easily make simultaneous use of all the attached equipment.
